The following marketing and advertising materials are being made available to you by CompuClever for your limited, non-exclusive use when promoting the CompuClever software products. By using any of the following marketing and advertising materials, you agree to the following general terms and conditions:
- You agree that you will not alter the size, content, color or configuration of any images, graphics, or marketing and advertising materials being made available to you from CompuClever, unless otherwise authorized in writing by CompuClever.
- You agree to the Affiliate Marketing and Promotional Guidelines.
- CompuClever reserves the right to remove, alter, or modify any marketing and advertising materials at its sole discretion. You agree to promptly update or cease using any applicable marketing and advertising materials upon written notice from CompuClever.
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CompuClever from and against any and all claims, losses, and damages arising from your violation of these general terms and conditions.
